IPEP Mission - ‘Collective knowledge for effective policing' The mission of IPEP is to improve the police profession by: Improvement of the collective intelligence of the police at an international level by sharing, validating and disseminating knowledge and expertise, making use of state of the art, web-based technologies. This means: - Training and development of police officers at any time, at any place, collecting the best of policing at an international level;
- Creating a culture of sharing expertise to improve the collective intelligence of policing;
- Stimulating innovation in order to keep pace with societal developments in order to respond to challenges in the field of safety and security;
